How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?

Silver will tarnish and dull over time when exposed to air. When not wearing, store in a zip-lock bag. Polish by gently rubbing the surface with a soft de-tarnishing cloth. Avoid using other cleaners.

Do you sell your pendants in stores?

No. Our fine jewelry pieces can only be found at www.fertilityhope.net at this time. However, if you know of a retailer who may be interested, please have them contact us at contactus@fertilityhope.net

Do you take returns?

Although we hope you will love our products, we will take returns within 30 days if the pendant is not damaged in any way.  Within 30 days of shipment, you may return any undamaged item for a full refund, less shipping charges.  No refund will be made for items that are damaged or that are received by us more than 30 days after delivery. 

Please e-mail us at contactus@fertilityhope.net for the authorization and return address.   On a piece of paper list the order number (if available), the name, address, and e-mail address of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for the return.  Enclose paper with the returned item, wrap securely, and send the address provided.

For your protection, we recommend that you use United States Postal Service with confirmation, or UPS for your shipment.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is received, it normally ships within 2 days by U.S. Priority Mail. Most people will receive their orders within 7 – 10 days, if not sooner.  Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for special orders or orders shipped outside of the continental United States.

NOTICE: In accordance with recent United States laws, our jewelry is NOT intended for children under the age of 12. This jewelry may contain small parts, including beads and Swarovski Crystals that may contain small amounts of lead, and could pose a choking hazard for children. Please use good judgement and common sense by not allowing an infant, toddler, or small child handle or play with this or any jewelry or small items. Always keep any hazardous items out of childrens reach at all times and use proper precautions to safeguard them.
